Good location within a walking distance to the beach
Positive: this space is in a great location. 13 minutes walk to the beach, malecon. grocery stores like Soriana 5 minutes walk.
Negative: Really minor stuff, like the doorknob in one of the bathrooms was loose, so you would have a hard time opening from inside the bathroom, other than that everything was great
