This apartment was reasonably priced and close to amenities. Scotia Bank is next door, 2 small vegetable outlets across the street, a mall (and grocery store) a block away, and the MAZATLAN sign a 20-minute walk. A/C, water pressure, and hot water were good.
My stay was not without issues, but Gpsrentas was excellent in dealing with them. I was compensated, so it would be unfair for me to mention those issues here. I expect that if you have any issues, they will look after them for you as they did with me.

Cosas por mejorar
Positive: Muy bonito el depa, camas cómodas, bien equipado, bien ubicado.
Negative: Nunca pude accesar a la alberca. Y creo que falta un servicio mas personalizado. Aún asi estuvo comodo.

Muy cómodo.
Positive: Justo atrás de soriana.
Zona muy tranquila.
Negative: Falta escurridor para trastes.
Ayudaría si como amenidades dejan fibra y jabón para trastes.
