Booking needs to address this with us before we start posting reviews Positive: The outdoor courtyard was fantastic. As was the location. Negative: We were ripped off. We paid for a 65 meter square 1 bedroom unit. With full kitchen, living room, and bedroom. We got a 22 meter room with a refrigerator that did not work and wasn’t replaced for 6 days. Resulting in expensive meals out, a cooler and daily ice purchases. Similar rooms were advertised for 1/2 what we paid. On YOUR site. We never met the property manager. They didn’t return texts for hours. We often didn’t have gate access (code didn’t work), asked to move units but weren’t answered. Booking gave us a 10 percent discount. NOT the price match advertised. We had so many complaints that we chose to not share because we hoped to get a fridge. The sheets were threadbare, with a hole that we got accused of causing. Pillows flat, the advertised hot tub was out of service. The pool so murky no one could use it for 4 days.
